Serfis Construction and Engineering appointed Principal Contractor to undertake the resurfacing of the 3200m2 car park correcting variations in levels and installing the required line markings.

Serfis Construction and Engineering attended site as agreed with the client during a 5-day closure proceeding to remove the deteriorating surface, relay a new surface course, reinstate the speed humps, and reline the carpark throughout.

Our client allocated a maximum five- day window for the works to be completed. Timed deliveries/ collections were crucial to ensure the car park was open reopened on time for its users.

The work was completed ahead of schedule leaving a quality finish with the surface levels checked and running correctly following the works.
